  • (1) Manager, Airport Services (Japan - Fukuoka)
    (2) Manager, Airport Services (Japan - Osaka)

    Role and Responsibilities:
    --Station in Fukuoka / Osaka, Japan;
    --Monitor ground handling agent performance;
    --Coordinate with local regulators and authorities on behalf of the company;
    --Maintain the highest services standard and on-time performance with continuous improvement;
    --Ensure all ground operation activities including passenger and cargo services are adhere to the Company and regulatory policies and procedures;
    --Aim to achieve the highest level of Safety, Security and Quality according to the IATA and International standards and Aviation best practices;
    --Represent the Company in Airport Operation Committee;
    --Communicate closely with headquarter Quality, Safety & Security Department and local Aviation Security Authority and GHAs to ensure all safety and security requirements are met;
    --Establish and review the procedure and process to comply regulatory requirement in safety and security perspective;
    --Produce and submit the Aircraft Operator Security Program (AOSP) and relevant required document to satisfy the Local Aviation Security Authority's requirement;
    --Coordinate with headquarter and GHAs to ensure resources are available to implement safety and security policy and procedure;
    --Coordinate and represent HKE for security audit as required by headquarter or Local Aviation Security Authority;
    --Identify potential hazard, security threat and report to headquarter timely, carry out follow up action for risk mitigation;
    --Coordinate with GHAs to implement the enhanced security measures where required by Headquarter;
    --Coordinate and/or perform the security inspection where required by Headquarter;
    --Provide advice and support to Headquarter in relation to security events and emergency procedure;
    --Advise Headquarter timely if any changes in local aviation security and safety requirement;
    --Shift duty is required.

    Qualifications:
    --7 years' experience in aviation service, including 3 years at managerial position;
    --Knowledge of all aspects of Ground and Cargo Handling;
    --Knowledge of Aviation Safety and Security;
    --Good command of spoken and written English;
    --Basic knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel.

    (3) Supervisor, Sales & Business Development (Based in Tokyo)

    Role and Responsibilities:
    --Responsible for the airlines sales performance in West Japan area;
    --Formulate and implement winning sales and distribution strategies and action plans in the responsible region to support the commercial direction of the company;
    --Develop and promote sales via the airlines direct B2C channel to be the key channel of distribution;
    --Manage the region's joint marketing partnership program and actively seek external partners for tactical joint marketing opportunities in boosting the airline's B2C sales;
    --Identify OTA opportunities and manage their performance to ensure they are strategically contributing to B2C success;
    --Work closely with HQ to manage promotional campaigns and fare promotions;
    --Maintain a healthy business relationship with the local travel agents to conduct Group and FIT businesses through travel agents and GDS;
    --Lead and maintain strategic relationships with other trade partners and GSA;
    --Responsible for proper sales planning, sales analytics, collecting market and customer intelligence to generate market insights;
    --Support ad-hoc duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:
    --Holder of Bachelor degree in business related discipline;
    --Right to work and abode in Japan;
    --Minimum of 5 years working experience in the airline commercial field, with at least 2 years of management experience. Candidate with less experiences but a superb attitude and potential will also be considered.
    --Solid knowledge of the Japanese aviation and LCC market;
    --Knowledge and experiences in successfully developing and managing B2C / Ecommerce / Digital / Direct Sales will be a big advantage;
    --Good network of travel agents and trade in Japan, especially in Osaka, Fukuoka, around the Inland Sea areas and their catchment areas;
    --Excellent communication and presentation skills, spoken and written, in English and Japanese; skilful communicator with excellent business and government network;
    --Good international exposure and the ability to work with different cultures is a must;
    --Based in Tokyo but willing to travel extensively around the region and overseas for business purposes.

    (4) Supervisor, Digital Marketing (Japan)

    Role and Responsibilities:
    --Proficient understanding of popular Social Media Channels in Japan: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.;
    --Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns (including but not limited to always on SEM, O2O campaigns and Digital Display Ad) to achieve company’s KPIs in online / offline sales leads acquisition and brand building by working closely with external agencies and partners;
    --Manage SEO and PPC capabilities to ensure that sites are optimised for search engines;
    --Run SEM campaigns efficiently and economically to ensure that we get competitive click through rates for SEM keywords;
    --Responsible for KOL management (word of mouth marketing) in the region;
    --Create and maintain regular traffic reports for the business with clear analysis to guide product development and commercial decision making;
    --Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website that complement the overall communications strategy;
    --Manage and measure the social media strategy for the company;
    --Manage the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website;
    --Evaluate customer feedback, market conditions, and competitor data obtained from online sources;
    --Manage and develop the digital CRM strategy via emails and ecommerce;
    --Coordinate web content with current electronic direct mail pieces; Maintaining the constituent email database;
    --Integrate all graphic design needs for website, email signature, and social media sites;
    --Identify opportunities for web enhancements. Monitor site analytics through in order to ensure site capabilities are being used most responsibly;
    --Ensure data, learnings, and ROI analysis from marketing campaigns are reported back to the business;
    --Compile monthly reports specific to digital and social media activities;
    --Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing;
    --Liaise and coordinate with various external agencies, such as creative agency, media agency, and suppliers for all marketing campaigns and collaterals;
    --Assist and manage events / launches and represent the company at such events – all the while ensuring consistency with current brand guidelines;
    --Support Reward-U (Loyalty Program) development and PR/media relationships in Japan;
    --Support ad-hoc duties/projects as assigned.

    Qualifications:
    --Degree holder in Marketing or related discipline;
    --Preferably 3 years’ hands on digital marketing experience in travel / hospitality industry, digital marketing agencies or MNC regional marketing role;
    --Self-motivated, proactive, good team player and work efficiently to meet deadlines;
    --Strong numerical and analytical skills with proven ability to run detailed and comprehensive analysis for optimization;
    --Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal, written in Japanese, English and interpersonal;
    --Substantial experience in running and develop digital marketing initiatives;
    --Understanding of SEO, PPC, SEM and other online techniques, and how to set up sites and campaigns to ensure they are optimised for search engines;
    --Understanding of excellent social media practice;
    --Have a strong understanding and handle of digital marketing and social media, and their functionalities;
    --Proficiency in PC operation / MS Office.
